Charles D. “Chuck” Wilder specializes in the personal planning areas of the law, including estate and legacy planning; asset protection planning; wills, trusts, and estates; trust administration, probate, and trust settlement; guardianship planning and special needs trusts; family limited partnerships; corporate succession and business planning; IRA legacy trust planning, and elder law.
Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida in 1970. After working for Southern Bell for a number of years, Chuck attended the Nova Southeastern University Center for the Study of Law (now known as the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law), earning his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) in 1980. Chuck then continued his education at the University of Florida, earning his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) in 1981.
Chuck and his wife, Karen, a Critical Care Nurse originally from Jamaica, live in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Outside of work, Chuck is an avid Orlando Magic basketball fan, attending as many home games as possible. He also enjoys traveling, photography, and honing his computer skills.
